Lost your licence key?

Your key was emailed to the address you bought with, from Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider). Search your inbox for "EditCurve" or "Lemon Squeezy". If it's gone, contact us with that email address and we'll resend it.

Moving to a new Mac

A key works on three Macs at once. On the old Mac open EditCurve ▸ Licence… and choose Deactivate This Mac. If the old Mac is gone, tell us and we'll free the activation.

Getting the app to open

EditCurve is signed and notarized by Apple, so macOS opens it normally. It needs macOS 15.7.9 or later on an Apple silicon Mac. Screen recording, camera and microphone each ask for permission the first time — allow them in System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security if you declined.

A clip won't play

Very old codecs (QuickTime Animation, Cinepak, Sorenson) and WebM/AV1 aren't decodable on current macOS. Convert them to ProRes or H.264 first — the in-app Help guide has the exact command.

Refunds

The trial is the full app, so please try before buying. If a purchase still doesn't work out, contact us within 14 days.
